EO Green middle school is comprised of a learning community of students, families, highly qualified professionals and the neighboring public. The staff at EO Green is committed to providing a complete education that meets the academic, cultural, social, and emotional needs of all students and prepares them to lead effective, responsible, and meaningful lives. Our students are challenged to exceed district and state standards. Critical thinking skills and a lifelong love of learning are nurtured. We embrace that children have the right to rigorous academic standards, consistent curriculum, fair assessment and excellent instruction. 
EO Green and our vision is to achieve and to meet the State and Federal API/AYP targets we have implemented the following goals:
- EO Green middle school English Learners will be equipped with the English language skills needed for academic success through daily English Language Development.
- Every child at EO Green will meet grade level standards in all core areas.
- EO Green Teachers will integrate the use of technology to enhance standards-based instruction.
- EO Green will provide early intervention for students that have not mastered grade level standards.
- EO Green Teachers will participate in sustained professional development and coaching focused on teaching and learning and core academic subjects. Training is aligned with the State curriculum frameworks and the district adopted standards.
- EO Green teachers and staff l will provide parents with information and feedback on their child’s academic progress and activities that encourage parents to become involved in the school’s activities.
